Job Title : Tester (Quality Assurance)(US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across different platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects using the appropriate bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail).
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functionalities.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure they are testable and provide feedback for improvements.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of new features and product releases, ensuring all use cases and edge cases are covered.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test case execution results and defect reports.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as part of an Agile team.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on the product's readiness for release.
• Monitor and verify post-release functionality and performance, ensuring the software meets user expectations and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, QTest) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Bugzilla, Redmine).
• Proficiency in testing web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and desktop applications.
• Basic understanding of SQL for database testing and data validation.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete) is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
