Job Description

Role summary:

As a Transformation Consultant you will help shape and deliver a Lean-focused transformation programme with one of our largest US nuclear clients in South Carolina. You will work closely with client teams on-site and remotely.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing environments

  • Supporting change and improvement projects with measurable outcomes

  • Collaborating with US-based client stakeholders to shape delivery

  • Applying Green Belt+ Lean skills to identify and drive improvements

  • Influencing client direction with strong character and leadership presence

  • Managing relationships and ensuring programme success across functions

Formal qualifications or training:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or transformation

  • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and programme delivery

  • Exposure to change management approaches

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, operations, or related field
