Job Description
The Ultrasound Technician performs a variety of specializedtechnical tasks utilizing high frequency ultrasound waves to assist with thedetection of medical conditions or abnormalities by producing images of theinside of a patient's body.
Minimum Requirements:
+ A certification from an accredited ultrasound school
+ One year of experience as an ultrasound technicianpreferred.
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
Schedule:
+ 40 hours/week (4x10 hour shifts)
+ 7:00AM to 5:00PM Weekdays
+ No weekends! No on call!
Duration:
+ 12 Weeks (Likely Extension)
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech
+ BLS, ARDMS, RVT/RVS
+ MFM and OB experience required
+ EPIC experience
