Our state-of-the-art outpatient center, Greenhouse Vascular in Houston, TX, specializes in vascular surgery, providing comprehensive services for patients with peripheral vascular disease and other related conditions. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Vascular Surgeon to join our outpatient center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vascular surgery, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. This role involves performing outpatient vascular procedures, providing patient education, and contributing to the ongoing development of our vascular program.

What responsibilities are in an average week?
- Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with vascular conditions.
- Performing outpatient vascular surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques when appropriate.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physician assistants, and other specialists, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitoring and managing postoperative patients, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families on vascular health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Staying informed about advancements in vascular surgery and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives in the Center.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

What qualifications are we looking for?
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery.
- Valid Texas state medical license.
- Proven experience in outpatient vascular procedures is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
