Position Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Typist to join our remote team. If you're quick on the keyboard, have an eye for accuracy, and thrive in an independent work setting, we want to hear from you. This is a fully remote position with highly flexible hours-ideal for anyone looking for part-time or full-time stability in a typing-focused role.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe documents from audio recordings or handwritten drafts into digital format
• Format, edit, and proofread typed documents for grammar, accuracy, and consistency
• Ensure sensitive information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA or privacy regulations

• Organize files and maintain a structured digital filing system

• Communicate with internal departments or clients to clarify unclear dictation when needed

• Meet daily or weekly typing output quotas and turnaround times

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in typing, data entry, or transcription roles (healthcare experience a plus)

• Typing speed of 60+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy

• Familiarity with word processing tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs

• Strong attention to detail and grammar

• Reliable internet and access to a quiet workspace

• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
