Position OverviewWe are seeking professional, personable, and detail-oriented Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about service, thrive in a fast-paced fine-dining environment, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service ExcellenceDeliver warm, polished, and attentive service from greeting to farewell.
Guide guests through the menu, daily specials, and tasting offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations while understanding dietary needs and kosher requirements.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all food, beverage, and wine offerings.
Communicate ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and proper timing.
Execute service steps and fine-dining standards consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Support fellow servers and staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Prior experience as a server in upscale or fine-dining environments preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to learn and follow kosher service standards (training provided).
