**Responsibilities:*** **Inventory Management:** * Oversee inventory control and accuracy. * Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels. * Conduct regular physical inventory counts.* **Warehouse Operations:** * Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping. * Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures. * Coordinate with transportation providers for timely shipments.
* **Team Management: ** * Assign tasks and schedules to optimize productivity. * Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals.* **Quality Control:** * Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity. * Monitor product quality and identify any issues. * Take corrective action to address quality problems.* **Cost Control:** * Monitor and control warehouse expenses. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies. * Prepare and analyze budget reports.**Qualifications:*** Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.* 3+ years of experience in warehouse management.* Strong leadership and organizational skills.* Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Forklift certification.
