Job Description

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Production Associates (2 open positions) to join our team at our Doral FL location. This role is vital to ensuring the quality and efficient production of our signature fragrance products maintaining the operational excellence that customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate oil machines and work efficiently on the production line to meet daily targets.
  
• Prefill bottles with oil while maintaining strict quality standards.
  
• Accurately label bottles for distribution ensuring all products align with brand guidelines.
  
• Organize and store bottles in their designated locations after fulfillment.
  
• Monitor machine operations perform routine checks and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Adhere to company procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years in a similar role preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment (e.g. Wayfair Amazon).
  
• Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail ability to stand for long periods and basic technical troubleshooting skills. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  
• Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to take a background check.
  
• Schedule & Availability: Monday through Saturday (7:00 AM 3:30 PM 40hour work week) with occasional Sundays. Must be available to start within 1 2 weeks of an offer.
  
• Location: Must live within a commutable distance to Doral FL (33122).
