What we’re looking for:

• Capability of performing waxing services on all areas of the body
• A positive, friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Prioritizes Guest hospitality, service, and satisfaction.
• Strives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Professional and team-player mindset who has excellent multitasking skills.
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prep wax and suite before start of shift
• Provide the highest quality of service
• Ability to sell wax passes and retail products while offering an amazing customer service experience
• Thoroughly educate Guests on all EWC Product Portfolio and in-center promotions
• Maintain a clean and presentable suite at all times
• Work well with other team members
• Consistently having a fun and positive attitude!

Requirements:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of California
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in Sales (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferred)
• Ability to work successfully with others within a team setting
• Reliable means of transportation
