Job Title: Youth Soccer Referee
Status: part-time, Y Job Grade 2
Wage: $15.00/hr
Reports to: Director of Youth Sports
Program Dates: September 14 – October 26
Subject to a twelve-month probationary period
POSITION SUMMARY: The Missoula YMCA Youth Soccer League seeks referees who know the game of soccer and can officiate in a positive, calm, instructive manner. The goal is for players to have fun and learn the game, and to teach via communication with coaches and players, keeping control of the games Must be able to thrive in an environment with the unique challenges of a non-profit community service organization. Works with general supervision.
