Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead and manage various marketing efforts. In this role, you'll oversee a range of activities, including events, marketing campaigns, digital advertising, social media, email outreach, and more. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Support growth-oriented marketing strategies across multiple channels, working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
Event Management: Oversee conference and event participation, including research, registrations, and logistics.
Social Media: Manage organic social media efforts, develop content calendars, and align content with strategic initiatives and thought leadership opportunities.
Digital Advertising: Handle digital ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google, optimizing keywords, targeting, and performance.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and client-facing updates.
Marketing Tools: Leverage tools like HubSpot to track, manage, and optimize marketing efforts.
Thought Leadership Content: Collaborate on creating thought leadership pieces, edit content drafts, and provide clear briefs for copywriters.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key performance metrics, working closely with leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
Website Management: Update and maintain company websites to align with branding and marketing goals.
Design Requests: Coordinate the creation of collateral such as presentations, white papers, and one-pagers in response to internal requests.
Campaign Development: Develop nurturing campaigns and strategies to engage new and existing audiences.
Other Duties: Flexibly contribute to various marketing projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing.
Strong ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Working with highly technical audiences.
Experience in marketing agencies or startup environments.
