  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new market trends, develop targeted campaigns, and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling additional services when appropriate.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to present compelling product demos and proposals.
  • Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
