2 FULL-TIME MEDICAL CALL CENTER AGENTS NEEDED

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 8:00AM - 500PM AND FRIDAY 8:00AM - 3:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 years work history as a call center agent or relevant experience
• Able to pass basic background check for criminal history, & OIG exclusions

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing exceptional customer support to our patients with every phone call
• Able to multi-task – Call Center Agents work in 2-3 computer programs at a time.
• Escalating disgruntled patient calls to the appropriate management team to handle in a timely manner.
• Typing professional and detailed messages to send to the clinical team in EMR
• Schedule appointments for patients and ensuring demographic information is obtained and correct in the EMR system.
• Building and maintaining relationships with our other locations, patients and referral sources.

OTHER BASIC SKILLS

• Knowledge of working with a multi-line phone system, strong typing skills, medical terminology experience, and EMR knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently when required / appropriate

This position is a sitting position.  No heavy lifting or standing
