Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all phases of healthcare and life science construction projects, from pre-construction through project completion.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently, maintaining adherence to strict quality and compliance standards.
* Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Project Manager Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience managing healthcare and/or life science construction projects.
* Strong tenure with previous companies, demonstrating commitment and consistency in prior roles.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
* Proficiency with project management software and construction management tools.
