Construction Laborers at Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, LLC

Start Date: April 1, 2026

End Date: November 30, 2026

Primary Worksite: 11372 Business Park Circle, Firestone CO 80504

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, located in Draper, Utah, seeks Fifteen (15) full-time, temporary Construction Laborers.

Duties: General construction including: Erecting, repairing, and wrecking buildings and bridges. Removing forms from set concrete and filling expansion joints. Lifting and carrying building materials, tools, and supplies. Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.

Requirements: [No education or experience required.] (1) Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds; (2) Ability to speak simple sentences in English; (3) Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.

Travel is required to client worksites located throughout Denver, Adams, and Park counties. Employer will provide transportation to all worksites.

On-the-job training is provided.

Wage: $22.94 per hour, paid every week (weekly). Overtime is available at $34.41

Schedule: Up to 60 hours per week (Monday -- Saturday); normal schedule 7 am to 5 pm

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Workers can elect to have employer secure housing if needed, in which case the worker's pro rata share of the actual housing costs (rent, utilities, and renter's insurance), which will be reasonable and based on the fair value of such benefit, will be deducted from the worker's paycheck (if authorized by the worker). Current monthly housing cost per worker is approximately $500, including the pro rata share of rent, utilities, and renter's insurance.

Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse the workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. If required under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the employer will make such reimbursement within the first workweek. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay during the last workweek for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence during travel will be provided from a minimum rate of $16.28 per day (without receipts) to a maximum of $68.00 per day (with receipts). Daily transportation is provided by the employer from employer-secured housing to intended worksites.

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees).
