A private practice family Dental office is looking to train our perfect Dental Treatment Coordinator with an experienced Front Office Administrator. We want someone with a firm background in dentistry who loves the field and wants to learn more!

Candidate must be upbeat, friendly, responsible, and have Dental office experience (Preferably as a receptionist).

We are looking for someone who wants to grow a practice with us. Possibility for moving up to management for the right person. Must be willing to do training provided. Experience in selling treatment plans is not mandatory but a definite plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Review treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, fees, and insurance coverage
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and treatment sequences
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
  • Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Dental Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
  • Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Desire to learn

Schedule is:

Monday - Tuesday / 7:20 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday / 7:20 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday / 6:20 AM - 12:00 PM

Hours will ranges from 33-38 hours a week depending on patient flow
