Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with experience in desktop systems, software, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and an ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support for PCs, workstations, and desktop environments, ensuring systems are functioning optimally. - Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts and permissions. - Configure, image, and deploy desktop hardware and software, including Windows 10 systems. - Utilize Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms to enhance productivity and resolve technical issues. - Administer InTune for device management, ensuring security and compliance. - Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and software requirements and resolve service-related issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktop hardware and software promptly. - Assist with imaging processes and ensure compatibility with organizational standards. - Provide guidance on licensing and server maintenance when required. Requirements - Minimum of 5 year of experience in desktop support or a related technical role. - Expertise in Windows 10 and desktop imaging processes. - Proficiency in Active Directory management, including user configuration and security policies. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. - Experience with InTune for device and application management. - Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
