Reports To: Event Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of event coordination, from setup and logistics to guest assistance and post-event wrap-up, ensuring smooth operations and memorable experiences for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination tasks.

  • Help set up and dismantle event venues, including arranging tables, decorations, signage, and audio-visual equipment.

  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and event staff.

  • Support guest registration, check-in, and customer service during events.

  • Manage event supplies, promotional materials, and inventory.

  • Coordinate transportation, catering, and other on-site services as needed.

  • Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and prepared for attendees.

  • Respond promptly to event-related inquiries and provide support to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Collect feedback and assist in evaluating event success and areas for improvement.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
