Work collaboratively with three accomplished surgeons and one APP, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population in an elective surgical practice. Provide comprehensive care across multiple settings: hospital rounding, clinic consultations, and surgical first assist in the OR. Join a supportive team with strong leadership and well-established infrastructure in a rewarding, structured work environment. **Position Details:** + **Full-Time:** 40 hours per week + **Call:** One weekend per month (primarily elective cases, minimizing after-hours emergencies) + **Schedule:** 1 day clinic (Peoria Plaza) | 4 days OR (Boswell Medical Center) **Key Responsibilities:** + Surgical first assist in the operating room + Clinic visits and patient consultations + Post-operative rounding and follow-up care + Multidisciplinary team collaboration and care coordination **What Makes This Opportunity Unique:** + **Patient Relationships:** Build meaningful, long-term relationships through the entire surgical journey from initial consultation to full recovery + **Personalized Care:** Partner with a dedicated surgical team to create individualized, patient-centered care plans that optimize outcomes **Qualifications:** + **Certification:** ACNP (with RNFA certification) or PA + **Experience:** 2+ years surgical experience required + **Preferred:** Robotic surgery experience + **Licensure:** + Arizona state licensure or eligibility to obtain + Current national certification in good standing + DEA license for controlled substances + Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification + **Skills:** Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, team-oriented, flexible in fast-paced environments **About Banner Boswell Medical Center:** Proudly serving Sun City and the West Valley for over 40 years, Banner Boswell offers award-winning care recognized for quality outcomes and patient safety standards.
