Your New Role

  • Connect with Clients : Make outbound calls to build relationships and connect clients with Southern Electric's trusted solutions.
  • Estimate and Analyze : Collaborate with the sales and estimating managers to create detailed estimates using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Data Management : Keep our CRM updated, monitor sales metrics, and analyze bid data to help refine our sales strategies.
  • Lead to Close : From the initial call to closing the deal, you’ll ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

  • Sales Experience : Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on outbound sales calls and cold-calling techniques.

  • Communication & Organizational Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
