Monroe Christian School in Bullard, TX is looking for one remote data center agent to join our team. We are located on 216 Pecan Park Dr. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Data Management:

• Enter and update reservation details, customer profiles, and billing information into hotel management systems (e.g., PMS software like Opera, RoomKey, or Cloudbeds).
• Maintain inventory data for rooms, facilities, and amenities.
• Ensure the accuracy of pricing, promotional offers, and availability across online platforms.

Reporting and Record Keeping:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
• Update databases with guest preferences, special requests, and VIP details for personalized services.
• Organize and archive digital copies of guest correspondence, contracts, or other hotel records.

Quality Assurance:

• Cross-check and verify reservation details from various booking channels (e.g., direct, OTA, GDS).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries and report inconsistencies to supervisors.

Support Functions:

• Assist with bulk data entry for hotel events, group bookings, or seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the front desk, reservations, and sales teams to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in hospitality management or administration is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.

Experience:

• Previous data entry experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) is a plus.
