Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Type of Engagement : 2-year contract

MBI Clearance is/will be needed!

Work Location: Hybrid position located in Reston, VA

MUST be a US Citizen/MBI Clearance will be required once on project!

Must be in Reston, VA

May require onsite interview in Reston, VA MUST have 7 yrs of ServiceNow and ITSM, CSM, Virtual Agents, and Portals experience!

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum B.S Degree & Minimum 7 years of experience

• Hands-on experience with core ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, Portal, Virtual Agent, and CSM 3+ years
• ServiceNow development configuring administration operating and/or troubleshooting experience 2+ years
• Experience with ITSM products up to 3 year
• Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audiences
• Ability to create formal documentation for systems administration operations and maintenance
• Excellent teamwork skills ServiceNow Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CSM (preferred) or ITSM
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Works on client's key operations and business solutions. Analyzes, designs, and develops client's information systems and program specifications; involved in creation of specification/requirements, and maintenance/ design/build /test phases of systems and applications.
• May also be asked to provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and production environment; develop upgrade/improvement recommendation; monitor, plan, and measure impact of new products and services.
• Codes, test and debugs applications and programs. May participate in the application design of systems, including use of analytical techniques.
• Develops program specifications and detail design documents. Assists in testing, training, and preparation of operations.
